I like solving problems by talking to the people closest to them.

Sometimes the answer is a better process. Sometimes it is a change in strategy. Sometimes it is technology, automation, AI, or data. The important part is understanding the problem before deciding on the solution.

A productized website service built around a 24/7 bilingual AI booking agent. The model combines the website, AI agent, hosting, and ongoing service into a simple subscription product. Built in Medellín for the Canadian market.
